Optional Service Details
Weekly Mowing, Trimming, & Cleanup
What's Included
Each week, we will mow your lawn, trim edges, and blow clean clippings.
- Mowing pattern will be varied to avoid turf damage.
- Trimming will include shrub beds, curbs, and walkway edges.
- Driveways, walkways, decks, and patios will be blown clean of clippings.
Timing
Once per week for approximately 28 weeks. The exact number of weeks is season dependent. No mowing will be performed during extreme rain or extreme drought.
Contour Pruning
What's Included
Includes pruning and contouring of evergreens. Evergreens will be shaped and sheared including the removal of dead or diseased limbs.
Timing
Early summer; specific day varies from year to year.
Weeding
What's Included
Removal of weeds in mulch and rock beds.
Timing
Mid-summer
Fertilizer Plans
What's Included
Fertilizer plans typically include three rounds of bio-nutritional fertilizer, crabgrass control, weed control, chinch and insect control, bio-root stimulant, and fall dry fertilizer.
Spring Cleanup
What's Included
Removal of winter debris from your lawn and shrub beds.
Timing
Occurs after spring thaw. Varies from year to year, but typically mid to late March.
Fall Cleanup
What's Included
Removal of leaves and debris from your lawn and shrub beds.
Timing
If selecting the silver or gold plans, fall cleanup will be performed twice: once prior to the Thanksgiving holiday, and once after the majority of leaves have fallen. If selecting the bronze plan, fall cleanup will occur at the later date only.
Pre-Emergent
What's Included
A seasonally-timed pre-emergent formula will be applied to mulch and rock beds. This application stops the germination of weeds in the applied areas.

Aeration & Overseeding
What's Included
Aeration and overseeding to encourage healthy root systems and full coverage for your lawn.

Need a fresh look? We offer installation of hardwood or dyed mulch to enhance your garden beds.
For areas with poor growth, we provide the addition of topsoil, along with grading and seeding, to ensure a lush and healthy lawn.

FAQs
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on the lawn maintenance services selected and the size of your lawn. We will confirm your lawn size after completing the sign-up form.
How does billing and payment work?
Invoices are sent monthly to cover the upcoming month of maintenance. Payment is required prior to conducting maintenance. We accept payment by credit card, ACH transfer, or check.
How frequently do you perform yard maintenance?
Once per week for the entire season. A season is approximately 28 weeks but varies based on weather conditions year to year. We do not perform maintenance during extreme rain or extreme drought. If we are experiencing a heat wave or grass is not growing, we typically substitute that week with other services performed such as weeding or bed maintenance.
Can I select a more or less frequent option?
Currently, we only offer weekly maintenance. If you have unique circumstances, please reach out.
Can I reschedule if I have an event during the week?
Please provide at least 1 week heads up to reschedule your maintenance.
Are you licensed and insured to perform landscaping?
We are insured and have a home improvement contractor’s license (13vh08362600).
Do you offer organic maintenance options?
Our fertilizer plan is organic.
How short do you cut my grass?
Typically, we cut grass to a height of 3.5–4”.
Do you remove grass clippings from the property?
Typically, we do not remove clippings. Mulching is better for the health of your lawn. Upon request, we can remove clippings.
